I had a confirmed trial scheduled with this nanny. She did not show up at the agreed time, and when I tried calling, there was no response. After the scheduled time had already passed, she eventually sent a text message cancelling. I had already arranged my schedule around this visit, so it caused significant inconvenience. It was very unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for my time.
