About Crystal

Hi families! I'm Crystal, a nanny with several years of experience working with children of all ages, including children with developmental and behavioral needs. I currently work as a part-time nanny for a 7-month-old and 2-year-old, and I also babysit for several families whose children I previously taught as a daycare teacher. I believe this reflects the strong, trusting relationships I build with both children and parents. I love supporting children through milestones, big emotions, learning, and everyday routines while creating a safe, warm, and engaging environment where they can thrive.
