I am a 24-year-old caregiving and behavioral support professional with six years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviors. I began at 18 and advanced into managing a high-acuity DDD group home with individuals requiring 1:1 and 2:1 staffing. My experience includes behavioral intervention, crisis de-escalation, emergency response, personal care, medication administration oversight, and implementing Behavior Treatment Plans (BTPs) and Person-Centered Service Plans (PCSPs). I have supervised and trained teams of 12-20, coordinated staffing and daily operations, maintained Medication Administration Records (MARs), completed incident reports, monitored medication security, and ensured compliance with DDD policies. I have also supported staff training in Article 9, CPR, and Prevention and Support. I am dedicated to safety, dignity, independence, and quality care.
