As a nanny my focus is on things like Meal prep, cleaning, being fun and light and meeting your child at their level and helping them to articulate their needs if that is something they may struggle with. I am used to seeing very big behaviors , but at the end of the day, the goal is always creating a safe place and allowing parents to take care of the things that tend to double book with life as a parent . While my experience has equipped me to address behavioral challenges, I think I'm really good at meeting kids at their level.
