Lacking communication & reliability. We had agreed on a time to talk on the phone for an initial interview & she didn’t answer, so I followed up via text to call me back. It took a few hours for her to respond that her phone didn’t ring, so I did let it go because sometimes that can just happen. We then invited her into our home to meet the boys and have a more formal interview in person. She showed up on time & we had a great conversation & I offered her the position along with a generous compensation and she confirmed she could start the following week on Wednesday. I texted the day before to confirm and she completely ghosted me. I reached out 4 separate times over the span of 12 hours and never heard back and she did not show up on our agreed upon date.
