I have a masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I am currently working part time as a Behavior Analyst. I have experience working with children all ages and abilities. I also enjoy pet sitting! I can help with housekeeping as well!

Caitlyn is absolutely amazing! She was a nanny to our almost 3 year old twin girls in Fall 2025 as we were in between au pairs. We completely trusted her and it felt as though one of us were watching the girls. We had similar parenting styles of gentle, kind but firm caregiving and helping the girls regulate emotionally and learn through play. The girls felt comfortable with her very quickly. Her education and experience in ABA (and having 2 boys herself) differentiates her from the rest as she understands how kids’ developing brains grow. She was always punctual and always kept their play areas tidy and also helped us with little things around the house (without us asking or expecting) that made our lives easier. We will miss Caitlyn.
