About Caitlyn

I'm an outgoing, warm, loving and caring individual who is an extremely capable and compassionate caregiver with extensive experience in childcare. I began watching children at the young age of 11. Since then I have worked as a volunteer group leader at UCC Elementary School during their summer recreation program. That summer I provided care for first and second grade children during both on and off campus activities. I affectionately cared for two children for over six years. From there I was employed for three years at UW-Milwaukee Children's Learning Center where I coordinated daily care of eight children. I am a hard-working and honest individual who is able to take initiative and exceed the expectations of employer by following instructions accurately.
