About Caitlyn

Hi! I graduated from Penn State University in 2024 with a degree in psychology and I am currently finishing my Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis here at Pitt. During the week I work as a Registered Behavior Technician, working one-on-one with children with autism (primarily ages 3-6). As an RBT, I have experience working with children with a variety of behaviors, abilities, and needs. Before beginning as an RBT I was also a day care teacher for a 2-3-year-old classroom! I adore working with children of all ages and abilities. Getting to know a child's unique interests (and dislikes!) is an amazing experience. I love to engage in ways that meet their needs and interests, whether that be sitting down to do a craft, reading a story, playing outside, or dancing to some Danny Go! If I have learned one thing in my years of working with kids, it's to never be afraid to look silly while having fun!! I would love to chat and see if I am a good fit for you and your family :)
