About Caitlin

Hello! My name is Caitlin and I am special education teacher and babysitter. I have several years experience working with children, including children with a wide range of disabilities. I strongly believe that a quality education and quality care are the fundamental rights of all humans. I am able to provide care to children who may not communciate through words, who may need to be fed, or have toileting needs. I create a comforting and safe environment and adhere to schedules to maintain consistency for all children, including children who may have high needs. I deeply care about maintaining kindness, patience, and understanding while also fostering fun!
