About Caitlin

I'd describe my personality as empathetic, motivational, and reliable I like caring for seniors because they have so much wisdom and experience to share and I enjoy helping people function to the best of their abilities in their home, while providing exceptional support, love and care. I started caring for seniors when I graduated college about 12 years ago. I fell in love with my work while working in a dementia care unit and with individuals with physical impairments and declining cognitive abilities. In my spare time, I like to run, spend time with my family and listen to audiobooks. One thing you should know about me is I will treat your loved ones as if they are part of my family, with the utmost respect and dignity and keep them functioning to the best of their ability in their home- keeping them comfortable, safe and engaged. My skills include dementia care, exceptional communication working with multidisciplinary teams and active occupational therapy license.
