About Caitlin

With years of experience raising my own children and supporting others, I am deeply familiar with the needs of children at every stage-from infants and toddlers to tweens and teens. I'm especially comfortable caring for multiple children at once and creating a calm, structured environment even when things get busy. My college coursework in special education gave me insight into learning differences, behavior support strategies, and inclusive care. I've also had in-classroom experience supporting students with a wide range of needs, which taught me the importance of patience, routine, and positive reinforcement. I love engaging children in meaningful play and learning, including reading, crafts, outdoor activities, and sensory games. I'm also happy to assist with homework, school pick-up/drop-off, and age-appropriate responsibilities. I take pride in encouraging kindness, creativity, and independence in the children I care for.
