Hi! I'm Caitlin, and I'm thrilled at the opportunity to support your family with your childcare needs. As a compassionate caregiver, I find great joy in working with toddlers and young children. As a mother myself, I understand the importance of nurturing and providing a loving environment for children to thrive in. I have a personal interest in Montessori and Waldorf early childhood education, and I love incorporating sensory bins and activities into my caregiving. Quality outdoor time is a priority for me, and I strive to ensure children have enriching experiences in nature. My experience extends across various ages, having worked as a nanny, babysitter, camp counselor, and ski instructor. I hold a bachelor's degree in history with a minor in child psychology, which has provided me with a strong foundation in understanding child development.
