About Lael

If I could give more than five stars, I would. She has truly been a godsend for my family. She is incredibly reliable, punctual, and dependable, which has given me so much peace of mind as a working single mom. Beyond that, she has been exceptional in supporting my son, who is neurodivergent and has more complex support needs. She provides the structure, consistency, and patience that help him thrive, while also taking the time to understand his unique strengths and challenges. She is wonderfully observant and proactive. Whether it’s noticing something about my son’s development, suggesting an activity he would enjoy, or reminding me about something she knows will slip my mind, she consistently goes above and beyond. She also doesn’t hesitate to help around the house when needed, which has been an incredible support during busy weeks. One of the things I appreciate most is how intentional she is. She is always finding outings and activities that keep my son engaged. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about his growth and well-being, not just supervising him. I trust her completely and would recommend her without hesitation to any family. She has made such a meaningful difference in our lives, and we are incredibly grateful for her.
