About Caira

Hey there, I am a local evergreen grad who loves reggio-emilia, waldorf and some montesorri practices. I am working as a Director of Operations at an all ages non-profit local event space. However that is only paid for 10 hours/week. Looking for something to fill in the gaps for the rest of the week. I've mainly worked with ages 3-10 in a preschool/after school program and I've worked as a nanny with kiddos ages 10months-8 years. I like to avoid screen time and provide projects instead (mostly arts and crafts). I would love to get outside and enjoy the seasons !
