About Caden

As an educator I believe deeply in learning as an ongoing process that can live outside a classroom. Kids are extremely curious & highly intelligent both intellectually & emotionally when you give them the experiences they crave. I am not just about being there for the kids to care for them but to help them unlock their confidence through as much enrichment as possible. Enrichment can be anything from a big adventure to handing them a piece of paper but I strongly believe it is not found in sitting in front of a screen. I highly believe I can meet any kid where they are at to have an absolute blast. I started working with kids when I was 15 years old at a photography nonprofit assistant teaching. Then moved forward at 16 to youth outreach for the Seattle Art museum. After my time at the museum I went on at 18 to teach as a afterschool enrichment teacher with a lense on community. I am now working as a science educator before I move onto enrichment teaching again in the fall.
