About Cacy

Hello my name is Cacy. I recently moved to the area from Kentucky with my two sons 8, 10. My 10-year-old was blinded in 2020 in an incident so we moved here so he can attend Florida School for the Deaf and Blind. For the past 4 years I worked for a Home and Community Based Waiver program as a caregiver to him. In July of this year my husband passed away from cancer. I was his caregiver through the process and gained experience with grooming, mobility assistance including wheelchair/walker/lift use, meal, medication management and administration, dealing with those with cognitive decline and unwillingness to cooperate. I hope to be able to enrich others lives that need assistance with daily activities and companionship. I recently graduated with my MBA with a focus in Human Resources from Midway University last year and am CPR/ first aid certified. In my free time I like hanging with my kids doing anything outdoors, watching movies and having fun.
