About Darcy

I'm a professional in-home caregiver with a certification as a Nurse Assistant; six years of experience in assisting clients with their personal care and daily tasks. I always pay close attention to skin care and document any changes I see. I am also trained as a Medical Technician, so I am experienced in assisting clients with their reminders providing some assistance with administering medications regularly. I have a love for cooking, and helping with meal preparations. I encourage following a well balanced diet, plus I often focus on hydration, to keep the kidneys healthy. Safety is always a priority at every step, I help clients keep their homes well organized and clean. I offer "Music therapy" as some of my previous clients have called it, adding uplifting joyful music while exercising (safely) or calm meditation music. I also keep them engaged in activities, centered on personal interests. Overall I strive to provide the very best care possible.
