About Bug

Hi, my name is Bug, I'm a 25-year-old Bay Area native living in Oakland! I have a decade of childcare experience, working with children as young as 5 months, as old as 18 yrs, & everywhere in between! My experience is broad; from teaching swim lessons, assisting horseback trail rides, being a camp counselor, an Au Pair, & teaching dance, I'm confident I have the skills to support & nurture your child's growth! Some of my fondest childcare memories have been going on bug & worm hunts, or explaining the ways trees communicate, & seeing a child's eyes light up with wonder. I have a degree in Creative Writing from WSU with a minor in women's studies, & I'm currently learning Arabic!
