Bruna is truly exceptional. She began caring for our baby girl when she was just 4 months old, and from day one she was incredibly kind, gentle, and nurturing. Our daughter was often frustrated because she could not crawl yet, and Bruna would hold her, comfort her, and spend so much time on the floor helping her learn to roll and explore. She talked to her all day, played with her constantly, and genuinely treated her as if she were her own baby. What amazed us most was how quickly our daughter bonded with her. After only two days she would light up the moment Bruna walked in the door. As first-time parents, we were so nervous to leave our baby with someone else, but we felt comfortable and at peace almost immediately because of the warmth and care Bruna brought into our home. Bruna was also incredibly tidy and helped us feel more organized during such a chaotic stage of life. She truly went above and beyond every single day. We could not recommend Bruna more. Any family would be very lucky to have her as their nanny.
