Brooklyn was a super last minute hire and I was nervous! I’ve never hired someone to help out for only a few days and without thoroughly interviewing. But she is AMAZING with kids! She’s very easy going with a positive attitude and gets involved with the kids activities throughout the day. You don’t have to worry about your kids not being engaged with or someone who is busy on their phone all day. I’ve had a very hard time finding good childcare and I can tell in my sons behavior when he has a nanny that ignores him or doesn’t make an effort. He did great the two days Brooklyn watched him. I work from home and was actually able to work instead of running interference. I couldn’t recommend her enough. She also takes responsibility of the kids even when I’m around which is very rare to find and appreciated. I’ve already committed to a new nanny but am definitely triple guessing my decision. I guarantee she will make your life easier!
