Hi! Im a 19-year-old looking for a nanny position for 3-4 days a week:) I'm more than happy to help out with Pickup/drop-off and household tidying. I love organizing so if you have any random projects that require attention to detail I am your girl! I have plenty of experience caring for kiddos of all ages and personality types. I am super flexible and go with the flow but can also follow a tight schedule. My twin sister is deaf and has a cranial facial condition, making me a fluent ASL speaker. Having a sister who has a disability has given me a lot of experience and perspective surrounding diversity. I do well in high stress situations due to my experience with deaf, neurodivergent children, and kiddos on the spectrum. Brooke was excellent with our toddler and baby! She’s smart, attentive, and fun, and well-versed in the latest in child development/education. She jumped into play our son’s imaginative games with him (all while incorporating the baby!) and held firm boundaries when he needed it. She also was super communicative, and left our place much cleaner than she found it. We’d hire Brooke again in a heartbeat.
