S. in Education from Drexel University, as well as a PA Teaching Certificate for grades K-6. I have been in the field of child care/teaching for over 20 years. My expertise includes fun and engaging indoor and outdoor activities, arts and crafts, tutoring, and generally just bringing the fun!! My passion is positively engaging with children, while fostering meaningful, open relationships with families. I'm comfortable with reinforcing household rules and I am very reliable and punctual. Brooke has cared for our son since he was an infant. She has a warm and easygoing sensibility with babies and small children. Brooke connects by getting down on the floor to play, chat, and read. Whenever she arrives, my son runs straight to her for a big hug. Honestly, Brooke is the only person (aside from my partner!) that I’ve ever trusted with overnight care, something I’d happily do again. She follows routines well but stays flexible when things don’t go as planned. Whether handling teething pains or a toddler's big feelings, I've never seen her be anything but calm and patient. When Brooke sits for us, she arrives on time, communicates proactively, and, most importantly, makes my son happy. I trust Brooke completely and highly recommend working with her.
