About Brooke

I have professional experience working with seniors as a Patient Care Assistant in a hospital setting and I also provide homecare service for a wheelchair bound individual. In the hospital, I support older adults with activities of daily living, mobility assistance, vital signs, and comfort care while collaborating with nurses and the healthcare team. In homecare, I provide personalized, one-on-one support that promotes independence, safety, and dignity in the client's home environment. Through these roles, I have developed strong clinical skills, effective communication, time management, and a compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
