About Karen

Hello! My name is Karen. I'm a mother of 3 and grandmother of 4. I am looking for a consistent job to help support a family member in their home. I was a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at a nursing home for several years in NH, prior to moving to Coventry, CT. I also provided weekly home care services for clients through another organization. I am able to help with bathing, feeding (I love to cook/bake and can meal prep), medication assistance, house cleaning, running errands, or just being a companion. In addition to being a CNA, I also took care of my mother, who suffered from dementia, during the last few years of her life. I come with a wealth of knowledge, a lot of patience, and a positive attitude. Being in my early 60s, I find that I'm able to easily connect with people in their later years. I take pride in my work, and I look forward to finding the right fit!
