Fully vaccinated Covid-19 Pfizer. I have over 24 years of experience caring for children. I am punctual, reliable, and really do treat the littles I care for as one of my own. I love laughing and having fun but at the same time bring calm. I enjoy arts and crafts, reading, and fun trips with kids. I am very comfortable with nanny cams and still have wonderful relationships with the families and children I have cared for in the past. I have a four hour minimum per booking if booking a one-time care session. If providing long-term care, PTO & Sick days to be included in contract along with W2 status.

Briza is absolutely amazing! I needed care for my 20 month old who is  usually under the care of my mother, and Briza was able to bond with my baby right away. She kept him engaged and would take him to the local park everyday, which he absolutely loves. She also kept me updated with texts and pictures of my baby throughout the day.

As a worrywart first time mom, I had no issues trusting Briza with my baby. I consider myself lucky that I was able to have Briza care for my baby!

Briza was our night doula for a few weeks.  She helped sleep train our baby and fed her during the night so that I could sleep.  Briza was excellent with our baby, and I did not even hear my baby cry when she was feeding her, which was great!

Briza is amazing! She was great with our newborn son and great with his exhausted parents. She was a substitute night nanny for us for a week or so until our previous nanny recovered from a cold. I would hire her again in a heartbeat!

Briza arrived at a time when I needed help the most. That day she was able to hit the ground running taking care of my 2 years old. She was diligent, careful and attentive to his needs, while also setting up firm boundaries. Not only that, but she didn't require almost any onboarding, we chatted for 15 minutes, and then she just took care of things! She talked with my house keeper that was there the same day and was able to address the less urgent questions. 

Since then I've hired Briza several times and the little one is always excited to see her! She just enjoys spending time with kids and it shows :)

Briza jumped in with both feet to care for our 1 y.o. and 4 y.o. when our regular sitter was out of town for a couple weeks. Both kids were a little slow to warm up (as they haven't had many other caretakers than husband and I) and Briza was wonderful to give them space while also breaking the ice. She jumped in and helped with lunch and trips to the park and didn't miss a beat with both kids and their daily routine. Before her second visit, my 4 y.o. exclaimed that he was going to give Ms. Briza a hug when she arrived - a definite seal of approval. Thanks for everything, Briza!

Briza helped us while we were looking for a full-time nanny. She is punctual, dependable, communicative, and has a great personality. She is super sweet with our infant son, and also gives great parenting advice. We are so glad we met her!

Mrs. Briza watched my boys for over a year with before and after school care. She was always punctual and dependable. She went above and beyond to help me find additional care, if she was on vacation or unavailable. She is caring and the boys miss her. She provides excellent care and we are so happy to have met her.

Briza is the second babysitter I hired online. I am so glad that my family ends up hiring her. She is professional, nice, energetic, and always keeps smiling when she talks to my family.

 Due to Covid, my 9 months old son stays at home most of the time.  He always keeps crying when he meets new faces. The first babysitter had nothing to do with him and had to end his shift early because my baby cried for the whole first hour. I am a little bit worried that this situation would happen again before I hired Briza. Briza replied that she had that experience before and is very patient to let the baby be familiar with her. I was surprised how fast my son turning his crying face into a laughing face. She know how to give the baby safety feeling. My son quickly loved to play with Briza, and he did not cry for the second day and the third day met Briza. I can see my son keeps smiling when he plays with Briza.

I highly recommend Briza to all families, and I would definitely hire her again.

Briza showed up before the appointed time which was the first awesome sign. She brought a little something as an ice breaker for our daughter and was really awesome about letting the kid warm up to her (it was early and the kid was still waking up). The level of engagement with the kid and communication with the parents was superb.  I don't want to set the bar too high for Briza's future jobs but I will say that it felt like she treated us like she would want to be treated. Really couldn't be happier with Briza and wish we had called her first.

Briza has been fantastic to work with since day one. Initially, I really appreciate that she is a proactive communicator, direct, and punctual. All of the logistics have been super easy -- no drama whatsoever. Further and most importantly, she is a warm and trustworthy caregiver. As a mom and experienced caregiver herself she has an easy, open, style that immediately inspires confidence. I remember her telling me at our first meeting, "I can follow detailed instructions, or if you just need to run, I can also figure it out." I appreciated her directness and saying both! We have a 23 month old and a 6 month old - two under two, not exactly the easiest juggle - but Briza has managed them without trouble since day one. Two year olds can be hard to win over but she brought a small stuffed animal when she met my daughter which was a thoughtful ice breaker. I am so grateful that we found Briza and look forward to continuing to work with her.

Briza is simply OUTSTANDING.  She came into our lives when our son was just three weeks old.  As first time parents, my husband and I not only gained a nanny, but a new member to our family.  Briza is kind, patient, caring, incredibly knowledgeable and professional, trustworthy and so much fun to be around. She's an absolute pro when it comes to babies.  I can't count the number of times when I've come home to Briza cradling our son, rocking him back and forth WHILE he slept.  She's brought us delicious home cooked meals, speaks to our son in both Spanish and English, reads to him and takes him AND our dog on daily walks. Just last weekend she even picked our family up from the airport at 1:30 in the morning, while our flight was delayed-and she brought us snacks in case we were hungry. We can't express enough love, appreciation and gratitude for Briza.

Briza is warm and friendly and she was able to immediately connect with our normally shy 2 yr old son. With-in few minutes he was playing with her. We have already had Briza babysit for 3 times now, the little one is happy to see her and now looks fwd, our 5yr old daughter also loves having Briza come over.

Briza was amazing with my son. He felt so comfort he fell asleep in her arms. I highly recommend Briza.

Briza is great with babies and extremely efficient at household tasks, and still takes the time to connect and get to know you.

Our experience with Briza was great! During our time working with her, she has always been upbeat, positive, caring and compassionate. She is reliable, punctual, and thoughtful in how she cared for our kiddo. She even took a trip with us to look after multiple kiddos as we had events and was a joy to be around both when we were together and from reports of how much fun the kids had. 

Briza has helped care for our little girl for the past 11 months (age 2.5 - 13.5 months). After interviewing multiple candidates & trying out two, Briza walked into our lives like an angel. From the first day she cared for my daughter, I knew we had found the one! She has been a pleasure to work with and truly goes above & beyond. She is not only a great caregiver but also a fundamentally good, kind person. Among her many strengths are her professionalism, punctuality, genuine concern for the baby (& parents :) & resourcefulness. Briza has been a true partner as we navigated milk protein intolerance, daytime nap issues, sleep-training, swaddle-transition, solids-transition, feeding challenges & all the wonderful twists in our first year as parents. She supported & implemented our decisions even when she wasn't convinced. I can tell she truly loves our daughter & the feeling is mutual. I write this review with bittersweet emotions as we prepare to transition our daughter to day care.
