She cared for my baby from infancy into toddlerhood with warmth and reliability, guiding us through potty training and teaching my toddler to nap on her own. During preschool breaks, she looked after both my toddler and 4-year-old, handling sibling squabbles with grace. She was punctual, communicated well, and planned daily outings. We especially loved the seasonal crafts and the library books she chose. We're moving and will miss her dearly!
