About Brittany

I've been teaching Kindergarten for the past 7 years. I'm NYS certified in Early Childhood, Special Education and English as a Second Language. I received my Master Degree in Education from Canisius College. I believe in a hands on approach and finding the learning style that best suits the student, in order to do so it's important to collect data and constantly research new approaches. I have experience tutoring students from K-6 in reading and have on average 1. 5 year reading growth for students. I would love to talk more to discuss your child's learning needs and help create an action plan. I am available most weeknights starting around 4:30 and on weekends during the school year.
