About Patrick

Hi! My name is Patrick, and I am an experienced elementary school teacher with a passion for helping students succeed academically. I currently teach 5th grade and have experience working with students with a wide range of learning needs, including multilingual learners and students who benefit from additional academic support. I earned my undergraduate degree in education and am currently completing my Master's degree in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) at SUNY Fredonia. My classroom experience has given me a strong background in teaching reading, writing, math, and English language development. As a tutor, I believe every student learns differently. I work to create a patient, encouraging, and comfortable environment. Whether your child needs help catching up, completing homework, preparing for assessments, improving reading and writing skills, strengthening math skills, or simply building greater confidence in school, I would be happy to help!
