I have had the pleasure of professionally working in the childcare field since 2016, although my experience started much sooner. I clearly love it. My favorite part about the field is watching the growth and development of children I care for. There's just something about watching them go from a little baby who needs to be swaddled, to repeating phrases I say to them such as "be nice" in the right context, to forming full blown sentences a few years later.
