Brittany is very Hands-On and very creative. She uses her creativeness with the children she watches. I love the way she engages with my daughter and actually gets on the floor and plays with her and does multiple things with her. She has also watched my son in the past although my son is older now both my kids enjoyed having her over and at times begged for her to come over. My daughter is now three years old. Not only did she help out with my kids oftentimes when needed she was also helpful around the house even though I didn't ask.
