About Brittany

I have spent the past five years working in education and preschool settings, blending Montessori and public preschool influences to foster independence and essential life skills. I create engaging environments where children explore nature, build self-care routines, and develop confidence. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), I support children in emotional regulation, social development, and cognitive growth. My training allows me to adapt communication to each child's needs, reinforcing positive habits through patience and repetition. I am currently pursuing a graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and will soon transition into my internship. Until then, I am seeking evening and weekend opportunities. I look forward to using my background in education, behavior analysis, and mental health to support families in enriching their child's early learning experience.
