Hey there! Thanks for checking out my profile! I am in search of child and/or pet care jobs for this summer. I have about 15 years of experience caring for pets aside to my own fur babies, and 10 years of experience caring for children, 8 of which I've spent working at public schools, and behavioral/mental health therapy clinics. I focus on bringing a naturalistic positive reinforcement approach to assist with building social skills, emotional awareness/regulation skills, self management skills, play skills, and life skills. I am actively registered as a Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) through the Mental Health and Addiction Certification Board of Oregon. I have been a holder of First Aid/CPR, Bloodborne Pathogen, Safety Care, and Behavior Interventionist certifications for numerous years, however, I have recently allowed them to expire as they are not relevant for my current job. I will consider renewing upon request.
