About Brittany

I have 5 plus years of child-care experience working at the YMCA of South Hampton Roads, and at YMCA Camp Silver Beach as a Camp Counselor and Director. I can help with Light Housekeeping and Swimming Supervision. In my role I directed the daily operations and management of 35 female staff members and 150 camp participants on a residential summer camp grounds. Responsible for being the point of contact for parents and family members of camp participants and addressing any issues in a timely and precise manner. Assured camper records and files were kept up to date and accurate, and that rules and procedures were followed & executed as designed. Responsible for recruiting, retention and performance management of summer staff. I currently work full-time remotely and am looking to make some extra cash while having a fun experience and meeting some great kids. I most enjoyed gettng to know the kids at camp and watching them come back year after year, knowing that I've had a positive impact
