I'd describe my personality as organized, professional and energetic I like working with kids because the joy of witnessing their development, the rewarding nature of helping them learn, and the positive impact on their lives. For two years, I worked as an ABA therapist with a child diagnosed with autism, providing one-on-one support to improve communication, behavior, and social skills. I implemented personalized behavioral intervention plans, collaborated closely with the family and other therapists, and regularly documented progress. This experience strengthened my patience, empathy, and ability to work effectively in supportive care environments.
