About Bridget

Hi:) My name is Bridget and I am currently looking for a part-time childcare position in Brooklyn or Manhattan, NY, available to start this month. I am a freelance voice teacher, singer and songwriter, and additionally have 10+ years of childcare experience. I earned my MA degree in Women in Music, Songwriting and Social Change at NYU Gallatin, and hold a BS in Vocal Music Education from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland. During my time student teaching in Baltimore, I gained experience working with children ages 4 through 17 in public schools throughout the area. I have acquired 10+ years of childcare/nanny experience; my most recent childcare position in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn has required after-school pick up and evening care for three children. I began working with them when they were 4, 5 and 6 years old, and worked with their family for 5 1/2 years. I also have long-term experience caring for toddlers and newborns.
