* Care for by reporting to parents with daily logs. * Nurtured toddlers by developing gross motor skills through walking, jumping and climbing activities; entertaining through trips to libraries and museums, lap reading, coloring, painting, and varieties of music/singing; encouraging sleeping routine through scheduled naptime; preparing meals, changing diapers, giving baths, and performing light housework. * Maintained daily "classroom" for pre-school age siblings by creating alphabet and reading/writing activities such as story time or letter tracing; developing learning materials for days of week, months of year, and seasons of year education; implementing art and craft projects using paints, crayons, paper, and felt to teach colors, shapes, and encourage creativity; and working with flash cards, clocks, and songs to enhance comprehension of numbers.
