Currently have a few slots in my schedule. I do free evaluations to see if someone will fit into my Client schedule and Flow. I maintain the schedule as well as confirmation txt messages. I do deep cleans that are a flat rate & then afterwards it's maintenance at a flat rate. I do not charge by the hour. I do top to bottom on a cyclical routine: anything with a ledge/edge, ceiling, fans, return vents, cabinets, doors, all of the usual traffic areas, sinks, tubs, toilets(even behind them) floors of all types, etc. This includes appliances: coffee, machines, blenders, wiping down the front of appliances - handlebars. Also included is wiping down shelves/counters along with picture frames and knickknacks (basically I touch your stuff to get the dust off of it ) I have excellent referrals if requested. I do vapeless & smokeless homes only, & yes I do homes with pets!
