Brianne has been our Nanny since December 2015. We would keep her forever if we could, unfortunately we only saved enough for 6 months of nanny care. She was hired primarily to take care of our two year old son and to help a little with my newborn daughter while I stay at home. Brianne has also has done the laundry for us, gone grocery shopping, and does the dishes, as well as prepare my son's lunch. She tidies up the house better than I ever have myself. During my children's naps she finds stuff to clean around the house I haven't even asked her to instead of just watching TV or doing stuff on her phone. Our kitchen is immaculate and the play room is all tidy because of her. She is extremely reliable and very mature for her age. When taking my son to the park her eyes are on him, not on her phone like so many other nannies. She has taken my son to swim classes where she has to be in the water with him and she drives him there in our car. She is a great driver. She is friendly and has a great sense of humor, but most importantly her level of patience with little ones is AMAZING. She follows every request for forms of discipline to the letter and since our son is our first child, she even has helpful suggestions for dealing with tantrums (from a previous job taking care of twin toddlers) we would never have thought of on our own that are great solutions. I have total trust in her and am jealous of the next family that gets to have her as their nanny.
