About Jessica

I am currently a reading specialist teacher working part time in MA. I have my teaching license in grades 1-6, and reading with a masters and bachelors degree in education. Outside of the classroom I have a great deal of experience working with children. For two summers I worked at a camp as a lifeguard and swim instructor. I have been babysitting since middle school and have watched children from under 1 years old to high school aged children. I love working with kids and have a lot of experience with it, I am also CPR, lifeguard and first aid certified. I spent two summers working at a private preschool center working with kids from infants to kindergarten age. During my grad school I spent the year nannying for a family with two boys, who were six months and 1. 5 years old when starting. The past five years I have focused on teaching and tutoring students from elementary through middle school. I am looking for part time after school work now that I am part time.
