About Brianna

Hi! My name is Bri, and I have several years of experience in caregiving and child-centered roles. Since October 2022, I've worked as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children with behavioral and developmental needs while creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for growth and learning. Before becoming an RBT, I worked as a caregiver and activities assistant in Michigan, where I built strong skills in patience, communication, organization, and compassionate care. I genuinely enjoy helping others and creating meaningful connections with the families I work with. Families would describe me as dependable, nurturing, attentive, and easy to communicate with. I understand the importance of trust and consistency when caring for children, and I always strive to create a supportive and comfortable environment for both children and parents.
