About Ivan

Hello! My name is Ivan and I started my career at Innovation Learning, where I helped support a fun and structured environment for learning and activities through afterschool programs at a variety of elementary schools in the Chandler area. Once my nephew received his autism diagnosis, I began assisting my sister with him and soon I became a paid caretaker through Lifetree. I'm currently a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), working closely with kids to build skills, encourage positive behavior, and create a supportive space for them to grow at a Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) clinic. As for my future, I plan to go to college for Psychology in order to become a BCBA as I have realized childcare and development is truly what I have a passion for.
