About Brianna

I am a licensed teacher, state board-certified to teach K-8 in AZ, and have consistently been awarded the highest possible teacher excellence ratings over the course of my career (largely based on my students' standardized testing scores). I have over 13 years of experience tutoring & teaching at various K-12 grades, as well as at the college level. While earning my Masters in Curriculum and Instruction (K-5 Specialization), I spent 2 years as a Graduate Assistant teaching both undergrad and graduate level courses. I most recently served as Dean and 5th grade Lead Teacher at a Classical charter school. I also have years of experience teaching in public schools with the Common Core standards. I am fingerprinted, CPR & AED Certified. I strive to make learning engaging and individualized for my students. I have a variety of math manipulatives for hands-on learning and have mastery of Spalding phonics and Singapore math, amongst several other curricula. References available upon request!
