About Brianna

Howdy, my name is Brianna!! I started tutoring when I was in high school, and was a part of a peer tutoring program. Since then I have worked as an AVID tutor in Austin, a charter school special education/kindergarten co-teacher, and at a child development center. I graduated from college with a bachelors degree in Deaf education, and a minor in American Sign Language! I have interned at Texas School for the Deaf in both a K-5 STEM classroom as well as the toddler/pre-school room. One thing you should know about me is I love working with preschool-first grade students and as a former teacher, I know how to keep kids busy and having fun while also learning! When it comes to working with your child, I will do my best to ensure that we create an education plan that focuses on comprehension and fluency to make sure they have a concrete understanding of the work we do together.
