About Briana

I'd describe my personality as compassionate, patient, & attentive. I like working with kids because I find it fulfilling to make a positive impact in their lives. My experience with children, has taught me the importance of patience, understanding, and helping each child reach their full potential. I enjoy helping them learn, grow, and gain confidence. I started working with kids at 11 years old after my parents welcomed a set of twins into our family. Helping care for my younger twin sisters sparked my babysitting journey young lol and gave me years of hands-on experience. At 18, I worked as a medical assistant, where I gained experience with children in a healthcare setting. I later worked in behavioral therapy, providing support to children with autism. In my spare time, I like to listen to music, spending time outdoors as much as I can, spending time with friends, reading, writing, and traveling. My skills include adaptability, behavior management, & special needs support.
