Yohanna helped us get through remote school. We use a lot of visual systems for our kid with extra needs and she didn't miss a beat. The needs of our extra needs kid can be quite tiring so we communicated candidly, adjusted as needed, and I was able to return to work while knowing the kids were in good hands. Yohanna also added to the free time after school by coming up with ideas for crafts, games, and playing video games with the kids. She communicated with me via text (my preference) throughout the day if there was a need or question and we were able to address things quite easily this way.
