Hmm, where to start? I'm experienced! I've worked with kids for as long as I can remember- exclusively nannying for the past 10 years for 5 families consistently, in addition to 20+ families for shorter periods of time, ages ranging from preemie and newborn to teenage years. There isn't an age I haven't worked with and I'm fantastic at juggling multiple children. You name it, I have done it and more; cleaning, laundry, transportation, making sure homework is getting done, and everything in between. I approach each family differently, as all families are different. I do have an overall way I work with children, however, I always try to mimic or or tailor my nannying to the needs of the parent and their parenting styles.
