About Leticia

Caring for children and being part of their growth and development is something I truly enjoy. I'm a patient, calm, organized, and proactive caregiver with several years of experience working with families and children of different ages. I have also studied Early Care and education at the Santa Monica Collage. In my previous positions, I have helped families with much more than childcare. I'm comfortable with school pickups and drop-offs, activities and playdates, preparing meals and snacks, grocery shopping, laundry, light housekeeping, pet care. And keeping the household organized. I also have experience staying with children while their parents travel. I respect each family's parenting style and follow the parents lead when it comes to routines and household rules. I'm dependable flexible and I like to take the initiative when I see something that needs to be done. My goal is go make children feel safe and cared fod while also making everyday life a little easier for their parents
