Hi, I'm an experienced caregiver passionate about assisting elderly, disabled, and convalescent individuals with daily life activities. I'm HHA & CPR/AED cert. I provide care to individuals with physical or cognitive disabilities in various health situations, keeping family informed of any changes. My services include light housekeeping, laundry, occasional grocery shopping, reheat/light meal prep for special dietary needs, assistance with local appts, errands, personal care, toileting, medication management, and transportation to local physicians' appointments. I can also communicate with medical offices if needed. I am happy to help with pets bathroom breaks. I believe in the importance of social stimulation, I offer senior-focused activities, structured/non-structured conversation, and cognitive games.
