My preparation for becoming a teacher included practice teaching in kindergarten and in 4th grade. I taught 3rd and 4th grade in a private school in Virginia. After our move to Florida, my husband joined the Disney team and later requested for me to do the same. For 12 years of my time working at Disney, I was a small group trainer for new hires in merchandise roles and loved it.
