Brenda has cared for my mother, who has Alzheimer’s and vascular dementia, for almost a year during a very difficult and emotional season for our family. She has been dependable, hardworking, and willing to help with long shifts and all of the day-to-day responsibilities that come with dementia caregiving. Over time, Brenda has become part of our family, and my mother has genuinely enjoyed spending time with her. She has brought companionship, conversation, and support into our home during a season when those things matter deeply. Caregiving for someone with dementia is incredibly challenging and emotional work, and we appreciate the care and support Brenda has provided to our family.
